Blue Organism, 2021

This work maps the architecture of genesis—where consciousness first learned to organize itself from chaos, where duality was born not as opposition but as the fundamental structure that makes existence possible. Deep indigo and midnight black form chambers and pathways like some primordial blueprint, while white marks trace the original divisions: light from dark, form from void, self from other, the eternal dance of separation that paradoxically creates connection. The heavily textured surface holds the memory of that first organizing principle, that moment when randomness decided to become pattern, when potential condensed into presence and the universe discovered it could look at itself. This is not the end result of evolution but its origin story—the contained complexity from which everything unfolds, the simple organism that already held every answer to every question we would ever ask.
